Venus Museum

 VENUS MUSEUM
A playful journey that retraces the history of women: two guides lead the audience through 5 living statues. We cross the ages of women history through Ancient Greece, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Venus Museum is an ambulatory show resulting from the experience between the study of the mask, the balance of gender and the body. This creation is born from Erasmus exchanges between young people of Colombes/CSC des Fossés Jean and  young people of the City of Varberg/Théâtre Régional Halland.

This show features five living sculptures and their respective choirs made up of professional and amateur actors. The History of Women unfolds in five sculptures, from prehistory to the present day. The audience is led by two guides, and on their arrival, the sculpture comes to life. We are witnessing live the story of half of humanity that has not been told to us.
